KAD's Sale to Interbrew Was Prearranged, Pivovarna Lasko Believes

Laško, 9 January - As the Pension Fund Management (KAD) on Tuesday sold its 10.3-percent stake in brewery Pivovarna Union to Belgium's Interbrew, Pivovarna Lasko, Interbrew's main rival in the takeover battle for Union, will file lawsuits against both companies. They have "deliberately excluded Lasko from the auction for the purchase of the stake in Union," Pivovarna Lasko said, adding that the deal was prearranged.
