Interbrew Satisfied with District Court Decision to Keep Ban on Lasko

Ljubljana, 9 January - Belgian brewer Interbrew is satisfied with Wednesday's decision of the Ljubljana District Court, which had rejected Slovene rival Pivovarna Lasko's appeal against the ban on disposing with the 12.15-percent stake in the second largest Slovene brewer Pivovarna Union bought from the Slovene Reimbursement Company (SOD) and on purchasing additional shares in Union.
