LDS Dismisses Allegations about Its Lobbying for Interbrew

Ljubljana, 9 January - "The LDS has always said that the sale of Pivovarna Union shares should be conducted in a transparent, correct and legal manner," the Liberal Democracy said Wednesday, sharply rejecting allegations brought forward by a lawmaker of the SLS+SKD Slovene People's Party, who said that Finance Minister Anton Rop had lobbied for Interbrew, a Belgian brewer which acquired 10.3-percent of Union shares yesterday.
