Vienna, 10 January - The issue of bilingual road signs in the Austrian province of Carinthia should be solved through negotiations and on an expert level, representatives of two Slovene minority organisations in Austria, namely the National Council of Carinthian Slovenes (NSKS) and the Union of Slovene Organisations (ZSO, stressed at a news conference on Thursday.
