Parties Give Support to Lone Slovene Candidate for UN Maritime Court Post
Ljubljana, 10 January - Slovene President Milan Kucan held consultations with heads of parliamentary deputy groups on Thursday to decide on the Slovene candidate for the post of judge at the UN Maritime Court in Hamburg. It was established that all parties, including the representatives of the Italian and Hungarian minorities, support the candidacy of professor Marko Pavliha, who was the only candidate to apply.
