Business Daily on the Problem of Detecting Insider Trading in Slovenia
Ljubljana, 20 February - A total of 12 reports about persons suspected of insider trading have been made to the prosecution by the Ljubljana Stock Exchange in the last five years, five of them last year. Of all the reports, three have become obsolete, while charges have been pressed in only one case, the Slovene business daily Finance writes on Wednesday, pointing out that there is not a single specialised prosecutor on insider trading in Slovenia.
