President Kucan Addresses High Church Officials from SE Europe

Celje, 12 March - Presidents of bishops' conferences from countries of SE Europe, who convened in the Slovene city of Celje on Tuesday for two-day discussions on the contribution of the Catholic Church to the peace and stability in SE Europe, were addressed by Slovene President Milan Kucan, who understands the bishops' efforts as a sign that the Church is willing to assume its part of responsibility for the future of the region.
