Ljubljana, 13 March - Germany, France and Great Britain are deeply distrustful of Italy as a partner in the EU. It is not only because heads of these countries find it hard to admit among themselves Silvio Berlusconi, a media mogul with such broad business interests and difficulties with justice that could never have made it to the top of these countries, it is also about the Italian understanding of the common European budget, from which individual institution with counterfeited documents unduly received a lot of money in the past, according to Tuesday's edition of the daily Delo.
