Slovene Armed Forces Face Biggest Changes so Far, Their Top Official Says
Ljubljana, 15 March - "This year, the Slovene Armed Forces face the biggest changes so far," said Friday Chief of Staff of the Slovene Armed Forces, Brigadier General Ladislav Lipic, who held a press conference on the ongoing and upcoming defence reforms, marking one year since he assumed office. Reforms will focus especially on human resources management, however certain alleged irregularities will also be closely examined, Lipic stressed, especially the media claims on violations in the transfers of military personnel to civil duties.
