DeSUS to Focus on Local Elections This Year, New President to Be Known Tomorrow

Postojna, 22 March - Stressing its ambition to cross generations, the Pensioners' Party will continue to be a player on the Slovene political scene, and will focus its immediate activity on this year's local elections. Moreover, the party will keep supporting Slovenia's NATO and EU integration, a decision on which, however, should be taken at a referendum. This was highlighted at the fifth party congress which is being held in Postojna on Friday and Saturday.
