Sale of State Stake in Leading Slovene Knife Producer Moves Ahead, Four Bidders Remain

Ravne na Koroškem, 22 March - The commission overseeing the sale of state capital in the Slovene Steelworks group received on Friday four binding offers for the sale of at least an 80-percent stake in Nozi Ravne, a leading Slovene knife producer. The offers came from all four interested parties and the commission is now expected to study the offers and then kick off negotiations with the bidders.
