Ljubljana, 27 March - The bilateral agreement between Slovenia and Croatia on the Krsko Nuclear Power Plant (NEK) is expected to reach the parliaments of both countries soon and the answer to the question of whether it will be enforced by 1 July, as had been envisaged by officials who signed it, now rests solely in the hands of the respective lawmakers, daily Delo writes on Wednesday.
