Slovenia Stands a Good Chance for NATO Membership, FM Rupel and U.S. Official Agree

Ljubljana, 28 March - Slovenia is meeting the criteria for NATO membership and therefore expects to be invited to join the Alliance at the NATO summit taking place in Prague in November, Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel stressed during talks on Thursday with the senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington, Ronald Asmus, who is paying a visit to Ljubljana.
