Four Slovenes Suspected of Smuggling Steroids to Austria
Klagenfurt, 3 April - Four Slovene citizens have been suspected of smuggling anabolic steroids from Slovenia to Austria, following a seizure of 200,000 pills and 2,500 ampules worth EUR 110,000 in Austria's southern province of Carinthia on Tuesday. As the Carinthian finance directorate said on Wednesday, the steroids were offered through the Internet, and sold and paid through hired post boxes in Carinthia, from where they were also dispatched to EU countries.
