Deadline for Companies to Transfer Payments onto Banks is Expiring
Ljubljana, 8 April - In what is the final stage of the reform of the payment system in Slovenia, which started in 1994, companies will transfer their payment transactions from the Agency for Payments onto commercial banks until 30 June, Bank of Slovenia Vice-Governor Darko Bohnec said Monday, adding that the agency would cease to exist on 1 January 2003.
