Slovenia Is on the Right Path, Says U.S. Military Representative to NATO
Ljubljana, 8 April - U.S. military representative in NATO, Lieutenant Colonel General Timothy A. Kinnan, arrived on a two-day official visit to Slovenia on Monday. During talks with Slovene officials, Kinnan said that NATO enlargement will be a political decision taken on the basis of military assessment. Slovenia is one of the main candidate countries and should go on with its plans, while considering long-term development at the same time, said the Slovene Defence Ministry.
