Bilingual Topography Should Have Been Resolved in 1955, Says Adamovich
Klagenfurt, 9 April - Kicking off a series of lectures on bilingual signposts in Austria, President of the Austrian Constitutional Court Ludwig Adamovich on Monday evening highlighted the relation between constitutional law and minority protection and aspects that the court needs to take into account when ruling on minority matters. He also stressed that the court's decisions on this issue are not always in favour of the minority.
