Positive Discrimination of Small States Crucial for Survival in EU, FM Rupel Feels
Brussels, 9 April - The positive discrimination of small countries in the EU is crucial for the survival of these countries, therefore Slovenia will insist that it be preserved, Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said Monday in Brussels. It is only through keeping the balance between small and large states that the voice of small countries will be heard, Rupel stressed in his address to a meeting of EU politicians with their counterparts from candidates.
