Translation of EU Legislation Is a Demanding Project, Says Europe Minister
Ljubljana, 10 April - In line with the acquis communautaire and the Slovene Constitution, the Slovene language will become one of the official languages of the EU with the country's accession to the Union, which is why Slovenia has to prepare the Slovene translation of the EU body of laws. The project, however, is technically extremely demanding, requiring an interdisciplinary approach and special organisation, Slovene Europe Minister Janez Potocnik told the press on Wednesday.
