Establishment of ICC a Great Shift in Notion of Sovereignty, Slovene Ambassador to UN Says
New York, 11 April - The establishment of the International Criminal Court (ICC) is a great shift in the classical notion of countries' sovereignty, Slovene Ambassador to the UN Ernest Petric commented Thursday, after ten more countries submitted the ratification documents of the Rome Statute on the establishment of the International Criminal Court (ICC). The number of countries that ratified the statute thus increased to over 60, which in effect allows for the establishment of the ICC.
