The Establishment of the International Criminal Court Echoes in the Press

Ljubljana, 12 April - The enforcement of the Rome Statute indeed deserves all the celebrations and ceremony, as the world has never in its history had a permanent international criminal court with the power to (at least theoretically) prosecute any criminal in the world, the Slovene daily Dnevnik on Friday comments on the establishment of the International Criminal Court.
