Delo: After 20 Years to the Streets Again
Ljubljana, 17 April - There are five good reasons not to go on strike, wrote Tuesday's issue of Berlusconi's paper Giornale. Italians, rarely reading that paper, ignored the appeal and went on strike on Tuesday anyway. The world stopped, writes Wednesday's daily Delo, comparing the strike to Labour Day parades, as hundreds of thousands of workers marched the great cities, carrying flags and shouting union slogans.
