Head of Ljubljana State Prosecution Team Dismissed by Gov't
Ljubljana, 18 April - Gorazd Fiser, the head of the Ljubljana district state prosecution, was dismissed from his post by the government on Thursday. According to him, the motive behind the government's decision was not the same as that stated earlier by State Prosecutor General Zdenka Cerar, who claimed that Fiser failed to protect the respectability and dignity of his post by appointing his partner Marina Marsic as secretary of the Ljubljana district prosecution office despite her lack of qualifications.
