Spar Slovenia Records Strong Growth in 2001, More Expected This Year
Ljubljana, 23 April - Spar Slovenia, a subsidiary of the world's largest retail food store chain, Spar, revealed that it had increased sales revenue by almost 50 percent in 2001 to 53.4 billion tolars (238 million euros). The company expects this to top 73 billion tolars (324 million euros) this year, the Director General of Spar Slovenia Igor Mervic told the press on Tuesday.
