President Kucan Rejects Claims that He Opposes Bank Privatisation
Ljubljana, 24 April - Rebutting allegations that he opposes the sale of both largest state-owned banks, NLB and NKBM, Slovene President Milan Kucan stressed in a Wednesday interview for Radio Slovenija that every smart person knows that big development projects cannot be pushed through without foreign capital, neither in state-owned nor in private banks.
