DeSUS Executive Committee Rejects Suggestions of Funding-Related Corruption
Ljubljana, 25 April - The executive committee of one of the smallest parliamentary parties, the Pensioner Party (DeSUS), on Thursday rejected any claims that the party was "linked to corruption" that is said to involve the Triglav insurance company, party president Anton Rous said after the session. The response from the DeSUS executive committee comes after the daily Delo published an article earlier in the week in which it suggests that DeSUS leadership had been arranging party financing with the CEO of the largest Slovene insurer, Triglav, in return for favours in parliament.
