Slovene Minority Officials Say First Round of Consensus Conference was "Only a General Debate"
Vienna, 25 April - The two top representatives of the Slovene minority living in the Austrian province of Carinthia assessed that Thursday's first round of a conference on finding consensus on resolving a squabble over the erection of bilingual place signs in the province was "no more than a general debate". The "only consensus reached at the conference was that we wish a prompt consensual solution," the two said.
