NATO Supporters Prevail Over Opponents in a Vecer Survey
Maribor, 26 April - If a referendum on Slovenia's membership of NATO was held this weekend, around 44 percent of the respondents in the latest poll of the daily Vecer would vote in favour, and 31.4 percent would vote against, the daily writes in Friday's issue. Moreover, the government approval rating stands at 22.2 percent, down from 26.8 percent in October 2001, show the results of the survey.
