Officials Surprised by Suggestions of Possible Bosnian Ban of Slovene Imports
Ljubljana, 29 April - Slovene officials were rather surprised by the news that the Chamber of Commerce in Bosnia and Herzegovina may decide to ask the Bosnian government to ban Slovene imports which do not have EU-regulated documents. In a response, the Slovene Economics Ministry on Monday said that it would look into the matter, while the Slovene Chamber of Commerce (GZS) pointed to the fact that the bilateral trade agreement between the two countries sets down that all traded goods should have suitable documents, as per WTO and EU regulations.
