Ljubljana, 4 May - The veto on the act on public sector wages in the National Council has confirmed at least two theses about the procedure of adopting the act. First, that the trade unions - not all, but only four, which however associate the larger share of public sector employees - intend to do their best to delay the adoption. And second, that the government and the trade unions of the non-corporate sector will never reach full agreement on the act despite promises to do so, the daily Delo writes on Saturday.
