Slovenia's Aktiva Becomes Largest Owner of Leading Yugoslav Pharmaceutical Company
Ljubljana, 6 May - The Slovene financial group Aktiva Group purchased at a public tender at the end of April a 13.5-percent stake in largest Yugoslav pharmaceutical company Hemofarm, becoming its largest single owner. According to Aktiva CEO Darko Horvat, this is the group's first purchase in the country, but definitely not the last.
