Ljubljana, 9 May - Marking 130 years since the birth of Joze Plecnik (1872-1957), arguably Slovenia's most famous architect, Slovene Culture Minister Andreja Rihter on Thursday uncovered a bas-relief portrait of the architect at the National and University Library in Ljubljana, one of Plecnik's most prominent buildings in the city.
