Slovenia Takes Oil Dispute with Croatia to Secretariat of Energy Charter Treaty
Ljubljana, 12 May - Slovenia is to present on Monday Croatia's disputed regulations on road transport of dangerous substances to the working group on trade at the Brussels Secretariat of the International Energy Charter Treaty. Slovenia has set out to prove that Croatia's regulations, affecting mostly the transport of oil, are a violation of the treaty which both countries had signed.
