Prime Minister Drnovsek to Begin Visit to Washington on Tuesday

New York, 13 May - Slovene Prime Minster Janez Drnovsek is to start his working visit to Washington on Tuesday, where he is to arrive from Massachusetts, where he is recuperating after feeling unwell on Friday. No details are available about the prime minister's health condition, which deteriorated Friday from dehydration and exhaustion. Drnovsek's press representative Valentina Flander said, however, that he feels well and is getting ready for talks in Washington, where he is to meet U.S. President George W. Bush on 17 May, his 52nd birthday.
