Biggest Corruption Case in Slovenia Goes to Court Once Again
Ljubljana, 14 May - The case of Boris Sustar, a former State Secretary at the Slovene Economics Ministry and the highest ranking Slovene politician to be found guilty of corruption, is to return to court on Wednesday, as both the prosecution and the defence are to appeal the decision of the Ljubljana District Court, which found Sustar guilty of two counts of corruption and sentenced him to three years in prison.
