Banka Celje to Pay Out Dividends of 12 euros
Ljubljana, 14 May - The owners of Banka Celje decided at Tuesday's general assembly to use 1.2 billion tolars (5.33 million euros) of its 2001 balance sheet profit, which stood at 5.2 billion tolars (23 million euros), to pay out dividends. The shareholders of the sixth largest Slovene bank, with 5.7 percent market share in terms of total assets, is thus to pay out dividends of 3000 tolars (13.32 euros) gross per share.
