Slovene FM Meets with U.S. Secretary of State and Russian Counterpart in Reykjavik
Reykjavik, 15 May - The new round of NATO enlargement in Prague will not involve "conditional partnership", instead, countries that are invited will actually all join the Alliance, U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell told Wednesday foreign ministers from what is called the Vilnius group of NATO applicants, including Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, on the sidelines of the Reykjavik meeting of the Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council (EAPC). Rupel also met with Russian counterpart Igor Ivanov and addressed the fight against terrorism at the EAPC meeting.
