Slovenia Places 38th on the IMD Global Competitiveness Ranking
Ljubljana, 15 May - Slovenia placed 38th among 48 countries in this year's World Competitiveness Yearbook released by the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), which was one place higher than last year. According to the Global Competitiveness Report compiled by the World Economic Forum (WEF), on the other hand, Slovenia placed 31st among 75 countries, said Director of the Institute for Economic Research Peter Stanovnik on Wednesday while presenting the two studies.
