NLB Gearing up for Second Stage of Privatisation
Ljubljana, 15 May - After a 34-percent share of Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB) has been sold to the Belgian banking an insurance group KBC, Slovenia's largest bank is gearing up for the second stage of privatisation. The commission monitoring the NLB privatisation has already started examining transaction documents for the sale of a five percent stake to the EBRD.
