Washington, 16 May - Slovenia's bid to join NATO topped the agenda of a series of meetings Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek held with several U.S. senators and congressmen on Wednesday in Washington, where he is continuing his several-day working visit. "All senators and congressmen have very clearly backed Slovenia's integration into NATO, and showed great respect for our achievements," Drnovsek told Slovene reporters after the meetings.
