Foreign Portfolio Investment Soon to Break Record From May 1998
Ljubljana, 16 May - Foreign investors held 12.18 percent of Slovene stock or SIT 216 billion (EUR 958.6 million) at the end of April, up 1.67 percent over December 2001. The volume of foreign portfolio investments has thus nearly reached the record value from May 1998, when it made up 12.23 percent of all portfolio investments on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, observes Thursday's issue of business daily Finance.
