Ljubljana, 16 May - The second day of the Higher Court hearing into the Sustar case - the biggest corruption case ever to have made it to court in Slovenia, involving Boris Sustar, a former Economics Ministry state secretary - brought a major surprise, as higher state prosecutor Janez Skobe proposed that the District Court verdict be annulled due to severe breaches of the penal procedure provisions, Radio Slovenija reported Thursday.
