Government and Oil Trader Petrol Sign Deal on Troubled Oil Refinery Nafta Lendava
Ljubljana, 17 May - An agreement on the financial rehabilitation of Nafta Landava, an oil refinery that has been plagued by debts for years, was signed on Friday. The accord is the basis for the development of new business activities in Nafta, and binds the owners to respect the already existing agreements on financial and business restructuring of the company. The agreement was signed by representatives of both Nafta Lendava owners, namely Slovene Economics Minister Tea Petrin and Janez Lotric, head of oil trader Petrol.
