Racan Does not Exclude International Arbitrage in Solving Power Plant Krsko Dispute
Zagreb, 20 May - Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan said in Monday's interview for the Croatian radio that the possibility of international arbitrage in solving the disputed status of the jointly-constructed nuclear power plant Krsko (NEK) is not excluded. Nevertheless, Slovenia would have to agree with that option, which is rather uncertain, Racan said.
