Slovenia Would Like to See SE European Countries in the EU Soon, Rupel Says
Maribor, 21 May - Slovenia would like to see the counties of SE Europe to become part of the EU as soon as possible, therefore the country supports the stabilisation and association policy practiced by the EU in the region, Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said Tuesday in a lecture at the Maribor Faculty of Law, which was also attended by lecturers and students of the Law Faculty from Belgrade. He also said that Slovenia would do its best to help the countries of SE Europe on their path towards the EU.
