President Kucan Handed Credentials by Iceland's Ambassador
Ljubljana, 21 May - Slovene President Milan Kucan received the credentials from the newly-appointed non-resident Icelandic Ambassador to Slovenia Stefan Haukur Johannesson on Tuesday. Kucan took the opportunity to remind that Iceland was among the first countries to recognise Slovenia following its decision to seek independence, the president's office reported.
