Delo: Failed Diplomacy
Ljubljana, 22 May - Ever since the breakup of former Yugoslavia, there has almost never been a time that Slovenia and Croatia got along worse than they do today, writes Wednesday's issue of the Ljubljana-based daily Delo. The paper mentions three most sensitive disputes, namely the border, the Krsko N-plant and the Croatian citizen deposits in the former bank Ljubljanska banka.
