Gov't to Discuss Sale of Five-Percent Stake in NLB to the EBRD Today
Ljubljana, 23 May - The government, which has convened for a regular weekly session on Thursday, is expected to debate the sale of a five percent state share in Slovenia's largest bank, Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB), to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the Government Public Relations and Media Office said. The commission supervising the privatisation of NLB decided last Monday to propose to the government to sign the relevant contract, which decision was also upheld by the Finance Ministry.
