Ljubljana, 23 May - The bill on the return of investments in the public telecommunications network was vetoed by the National Council on Thursday, after being adopted by the parliament last week. MPs will now have to redecide on the bill. The passing of the bill will require the majority of votes, which means that at least 46 MPs will have to vote for it.
