Ljubljana, 23 May - Slovenia feels that the recent setting-up of mussels breeding grounds in the Piran Bay is a one-sided act by Croatia which interferes with Slovenia's territorial sovereignty and could pose a threat to the solution of the border issue, Slovene FM Dimitrij Rupel told a press conference on Thursday, dedicated exclusively to Slovene-Croatian relations.
